1. Place the grill on a flat, stable surface with appropriate ventilation.

2. Plug in and select the desired power level (High/Low) before placing food.

3. Preheat briefly, then place ingredients evenly on the grill pan.

4. Monitor and flip food as needed; the dual-heating system helps cook top and bottom simultaneously.

5. After use, unplug and allow to cool. Remove the grill pan and grease tray, wash them with warm soapy water, and wipe the main body with a soft damp cloth.

6. Avoid filling above recommended capacity, and do not obstruct ventilation slots.

7. Store in a dry place when not in use.
