Article 1 (Purpose)

Article 3 (Membership Registration)
1. Users apply for membership by entering their user information according to the registration form designated by the "Mall" and expressing their intention to agree to these Terms.
2. The "Mall" shall register users who apply for membership as defined in Paragraph 1 as members, unless they fall under any of the following:
   - If the applicant has previously lost membership status pursuant to Article 7, Paragraph 3 of these Terms.
   - If there is false information, omission, or typographical error in the registration details.

Article 4 (Withdrawal of Membership and Loss of Qualification)
1. Members may request withdrawal from the "Mall" at any time, and the "Mall" shall process the withdrawal immediately.
2. The "Mall" may restrict or suspend membership if a member falls under any of the following reasons:
   - If false information was registered at the time of application.
   - If the member fails to pay for goods purchased through the "Mall" or other debts borne by the member in connection with the use of the "Mall".
   - If the member threatens the order of electronic commerce, such as interfering with others' use of the "Mall" or stealing their information.

Article 5 (Purchase Application)
Users of the "Mall" shall apply for purchase on the "Mall" by the following or similar methods, and the "Mall" shall provide each of the following details in an easy-to-understand manner when users apply for purchase:
1. Search and selection of goods.
2. Entering the recipient's name, address, phone number, email address (or mobile phone number), etc.
3. Confirmation of contents related to the terms and conditions, services where the right of withdrawal is restricted, and costs such as shipping fees.
4. Agreeing to these Terms and confirming or rejecting the items in Subparagraph 3 above.

Article 6 (Payment Method)
Payment for goods or services purchased at the "Mall" can be made by any of the following methods available:
1. Various account transfers such as phone banking, internet banking, and mail banking.
2. Various card payments such as prepaid cards, debit cards, and credit cards.
3. Online deposit without a bankbook.
4. Payment by electronic currency.
5. Payment by points paid by the "Mall", such as mileage.

Article 7 (Return, Refund, and Exchange)
1. The "Mall" shall notify the user of the reason without delay if the goods requested for purchase cannot be delivered or provided due to being sold out, etc., and if payment for the goods has already been received, the "Mall" shall refund or take necessary measures for a refund within 3 business days from the date of receipt of payment.
2. Users who have entered into a contract for the purchase of goods with the "Mall" may withdraw their subscription within 7 days from the date of receipt of the written contract or the goods.

Article 8 (Privacy Policy)
1. The "Mall" collects the minimum amount of information necessary to fulfill the purchase contract when collecting user information.
2. The "Mall" strictly complies with the laws regarding the protection of personal information. For details, please refer to the Privacy Policy separately posted on the website.

Article 9 (Obligations of the Mall)
1. The "Mall" shall not engage in acts prohibited by laws and regulations or these Terms or contrary to public order and morals, and shall do its best to provide goods and services continuously and stably as provided in these Terms.
2. The "Mall" must have a security system to protect users' personal information so that users can use internet services safely.

Article 10 (Obligations of Users)
Users shall not engage in the following acts:
1. Registration of false information upon application or change.
2. Theft of others' information.
3. Unauthorized changes to information posted on the "Mall".
4. Infringement of intellectual property rights such as copyrights of the "Mall" or third parties.
5. Acts that damage the reputation or interfere with the business of the "Mall" or third parties.

Article 11 (Dispute Resolution)
1. The "Mall" establishes and operates a damage compensation processing organization to reflect legitimate opinions or complaints raised by users and to compensate for the damage.
2. Lawsuits related to electronic commerce disputes between the "Mall" and users shall be brought to the competent court having jurisdiction over the location of the "Mall".
